This lucite arrow pin has a tinge of yellow down it's shaft and in the head, with red at the tip. There is a hanger just behind the arrow head that I'm willing to bet once held a heart. While you could hang anything from it, if you have a lucite or bakelite heart to hang there it would be perfect. All findings are embedded, not glued.
