Pretty textured golden flower with a cluster of sapphire colored rhinestones and faux pearls set on stems in the center. Stem and petal edges are shiny gold tone for accent. I've seen the identical pin signed Pauline Rader so this must have been made by a manufacturer who sold to many like DeLizza & Elster did.
