Though several companies made flowers similar to this one (Weiss, Schreiner to name 2) Delizza & Elster is the only one I've seen that reinforces the rhinestone stem. This one has a large oval crystal center surrounded by crystal slim navettes. The stem has aurora borealis rhinestones with an overlaying stem that has gold tone leaves and more aurora borealis rhinestones. The crystal navettes are greying, especially toward the outer tips, making them resemble shadow crystal. I think it makes a nice contrast with the large, sparkling center stone. Priced low in case you want to replace them.
