This is a most unusual dress or coat clip. The design is simply an arc with a row of square crystal rhinestones down each side. It would look great on the breast pocket of a blazer or adorning a V neck garment of any kind. Gold plating shows significant wear but the sparkle of these stones draw the eye away from the center anyway.
