This beautiful pin/pendant has a large turquoise glass cabochon as the focal point set with many golden nugget style prongs. The surrounding enamel is a creamy off white or ivory color with golden leaf shapes at the top, bottom, left and right of the rounded diamond shape. The entire outer edge looks like many gold tone prongs set side by side with just a small space between.
