This bird in flight is probably an Alfred Philippe piece and is definitely from the 40's. His belly is a large, faceted, aquamarine colored glass stone and his eye matches his belly. The wings, head and tail feathers are set with crystal chatons and baguettes that sparkle much more than my picture depicts. The back needs some polishing if you like them shiny and nice, but I'll leave that to the new owner because not everyone likes shiny.
