I've heard this enameling technique called "sugared enamel" because it looks as though someone put sugar in the paint giving it a gritty texture. The petals have pea green sugared enamel, the cluster of spikey pieces in the center have a pale yellow smooth enamel and the very center has a forest green sugared enamel.
