Marked JAPAN, this set is on it's original cards that say Décor. I have absolutely no idea what material this set is made of, but it isn't metal (except for findings) and I don't think it is any type of plastic, except for the faux coral flower in the centers. With all the colors (blue, pink, yellow and green) the set looks like an explosion in a paint factory. Earrings are clips.
