Among the well known names that used the rhinestone swirl set over other stones are Eisenberg, Weiss and Bogoff. This may be an unsigned set by any one of them. Since I can't accurately attribute it to just one of them, I won't attribute it to any of them, but the quality is right up there. The colors used are emerald, peridot, sapphire and montana blue with the crystal rhinestone accents.
