Unusual construction in this pin. It appears that square settings were soldered around the perimiter of a filigree mounting before the gold tone plating process. They have been set with pink rhinestones. There are 13 art glass beads on metal stems in the center and I believe the stems are soldered at the center of the filigree mounting. Most of the beads are givré glass.
