Here we have a cascading waterfall of clear rhinestone in two layers. Not quite what I would call shoulder sweepers, but very close. Each of the 11 dangles are prong set in silver tone with 2mm stones. They all hang separately to give these clip earrings lots of movement and dazzle. Great for holiday parties!
