Unsigned, but identified by the unique design on the back of all 1928 jewelry. The center faux pearl cab is surrounded by crystal rhinestones in various shapes. Goldtone beads alternate with crystal beads at the bottom for a real victorian look. There is one small mark on the faux pearl, otherwise condition would be excellent.

Victorian style necklace with a oval porcelain disk center that has a floral transfer that looks like old needlework of some kind. From the bottom of it's ornate frame hangs an off white tear drop shaped bead. There are two glass beads, one pink and the other blue, between the fancy link gold tone chain and the pendant where it attaches on either side of the frame. Clasp it the barrel type that screws together and the 1928 tag is attached. Width and height below pertain to the pendant.

This beautiful gold tone Art Nouveau style pin has a gorgeous center stone that shows blue in the center but a rich purple hue is evident around the edges of the stone. I'm afraid I couldn't pick that up with my camera. What I did pick up was an image in the center that looks to me like a cat's face. At first I thought it was my photo setup reflecting in the stone, but at certain angles, it actually shows up in the stone. What a conversation piece! The pin on back has a slight bend, otherwise excellent condition.

Sandra Miller Burrows, who once designed for Monet, has her own line of quality jewelry. The large square stone in the middle of this pin/pendant is a rich, emerald green color. I don't believe it is glass, even though it looks like it. There are square crystal rhinestones set at top, bottom, left and right with a teardrop shaped imitation pearl extending from each. The pendant loop has a hinge allowing it to be used as a pearl enhancer too!

Another beautiful piece of jewelry from Sandra Miller Burrows. This long gold tone necklace has heavy textured gold tone links with three faux pearls included on each side. The pendant design reminds me of a cross with aquamarine, amethyst and crystal colored rhinestones and one large faux pearl cabochon. Each end of the chain ends in a four sided gold tone station with a flat diamond shape on each side and the clasp is a large "S" hook.

This triple row choker necklace of champagne colored 3 1/2mm faux pearls is on memory wire and has 4 sets of accenting colums of light colorado topaz faceted beads spaced about 3/4" apart. The same beads are dangling on the necklace ends. The beads are not quite as orangey looking as my picture makes them appear. The attached hangtag has the signature "LC".

Each of the wide links in this long necklace has an engraved design that compliments the pendant, which to me looks like a collection of ancient artifacts. The oblong bead has a chip on the underside of one end that isn't noticeable when being worn. Other than that one flaw, the condition is excellent.

Donna Karan??? I don't know. This pewter bracelet has very large, somewhat concave links and a toggle clasp. It measures 7" on the EZ Bracelet Sizer but is much longer when you lay it on a ruler because of the large links. If this bracelet actually measured 7" on the ruler, only a child would be able to wear it. My wrist measures just shy of 6 1/2" and it fits me fine.

Casual piece with the necklace part made of some sort of woven material in two colors (brown & lt.tan) braided and capped on either end with matte gold tone findings. At first I thought the material was leather, but I'm really not sure about that. The matte gold tone pendant hangs on the necklace by two wide bales and is rectangular with a brown/white faux(?) agate cabechon in the center and beading across each corner. There is also a heavily etched "v" in each corner. The picture of the back of the pendant shows some black areas that I originally thought were plating loss, but it was actually something on the surface that I was able to remove with acetone, so those black areas are no longer there. I can almost hear you say "Who is Doncaster?" With a little research I found that they are the largest direct selling division of the Tanner Companies, a women’s apparel manufacturer. http://www.doncaster.com/home/index.asp. In an article by J. Holly Dolloff from the Nashville Business Journal the author writes "Both the Doncaster and Carlisle lines offer everything from casual wear to evening pieces, jewelry and accessories. The typical buyer of such clothes is a professional woman with a high disposable income who is willing to invest in high-quality materials and classic designs. The prices tend to be on the high side - jackets, for instance, range from $300 to $700. But that price also carries personalized service that isn't likely to be found in a store."

These colorful dangle earrings are signed by the designer, but I never could read it until the exact same earrings showed up in the Ann Miller auction on 6/04/05 as item 207 and sold for $250 plus 20% buyers premium. The only difference is those were dated '91.
The earrings have some sort of black resin or plastic as their base. Attached to the base, at the top is a large, sapphire blue, emerald cut rhinestone surrounded by crystal chatons. Just under the bottom of that large stone is a large, topaz colored baguette rhinestone which is just barely visable in the picture, in fact, I just noticed it's presence. From this base hangs a dangle that I will try to describe for you, because again, all of the stones aren't easily visable in my picture. At the top is a topaz colored stone that looks to be a cabechon until you look at it closely and notice the facets. It is surrounded by chanel set crystal rhinestones. There is an almost identical stone at the bottom, the difference being it is a pale amethyst color. In the center is a large, teal colored, emerald cut rhinestone. On one side of that is a smaller, sapphire blue emerald cut rhinestone with topaz baguettes set just under each side and chanel set rhinestones on three sides. On the other side is a similar setup, but the emerald cut rhinestone is ruby red with emeral green baguettes. Between each of the stations are set 4 crystal chatons. I don't know who Hansen is, but they certainly paid close attention to detail and did a superb job!

Such a cute piece, this gold tone woven basket is holding a rhinestone encrusted bear hanging over the side as if he's waiting to be lifted out. One rhinestone in his arm is yellowing but the rest are clear and sparkling. I'm assuming this is a contemporary piece but can find no information on the maker's mark.
